🤑 Give the gift of capital gains this summer
a great way to give your friends the gift of capital gains tax liabilities. not-financial advice. please multi-sig safely!
📈 Record # of DAOs started on tally this week
Tally remains the best place to start, grow, and operate a DAO. bonkers features coming from the giga 🧠’s behind the scenes. the future of DAOs is frictionless and simple. Tally is a playing a major role in ushering in that future. start one here.
🤔 Are people even going to conferences anymore?
turns out flying is expensive? we’ve reached the point where most people are not ponying up the cash to head overseas 3+ times a year. if you’re like us, we’ll watch from twitter 😞
❓ wtf is a bi-cameral DAO?
bi-cameral (adjective): having two branches or chambers.
simply put: a more complex but operationally ‘safer’ way to govern DAOs. probably not the best method for 90%+ of DAOs as it makes governance far mor complex (spoiler: we don’t onboard the next million DAO participants by making things more complicated) but for the few that need it, it’s super necessary.
🃏 jokeDAO officially launches
a perfect example of a bi-cameral DAO, jokeDAO is experimenting with the new governance primitive in an extremely innovative way: with jokes.
alpha: DAO Talk may or may not have some jokeDAO related plans up our sleeve 👀

🤩 gnosisSafe raises a fat $100 milly to spin out Safe
the Brinks truck backed up and unloaded some fat stacks for the gnosisSafe spinoff. we have one thing to say: “what bear market?”
we’re noticing a trend of large DAOs breaking off into smaller, more focused teams (i.e. pods) to prioritize execution & efficiency. look for more product spin-offs from larger organizations.
